My jako ludzie często wpadamy w pułapkę. I chyba pod tym względem nie jesteśmy w żaden sposób odosobnieni. W pułapki wpadają sarny, dziki, niedźwiedzie, łosie no i… niestety ludzie. Niektórzy z nas mają niesamowitą umiejętność takiego marnowania swojego życia, że można by było im przyznawać za to nagrody. Wyobraź sobie galę rozdania nagród Życiowa Porażka 2022, podczas której wyczytują osoby, które najbardziej zmarnowały swoje życie. Czy chciałbyś być na takiej liście? 1. Żyć przeszłością

Dobra. Nie bez powodu jest to pierwszy podany przeze mnie sposób. Życie wspomnieniami jest być może największym nałogiem jaki mamy i nie mówię tutaj ogólnie o wspominaniu, bo same wspomnienia nie są czymś złym. Mam na myśli skrajne przypadki, w których zatracamy się do tego stopnia, że zapominamy o tym, co życie daje nam właśnie W TYM MOMENCIE. Żyjąc w przeszłości tracimy wszystko to co jest. TU i TERAZ.

2. Nie wiedzieć czego się chce

Pisząc e-booka „Odkryj w sobie pasję!„, zacząłem zauważać jak wiele osób zapomina o tym, co jest najważniejsze jeśli chcą osiągnąć sukces w swoim życiu. Najważniejsze jest to by przede wszystkim WIEDZIEĆ CZEGO SIĘ CHCE. I następnie to realizować. Niestety wielu z nas wpada w pułapkę, pułapkę stawianą nam przez Państwowe szkolnictwo, przez media i środowisko. Zapomina o największym autorytecie, o najważniejszej osobie jaka jest w ich życiu – o sobie. Wielu ludzi tak bardzo boi się (ja to nazywam zdrowym egoizmem) myślenia o swoich potrzebach, że zaczyna liczyć na innych. Stąd już bardzo stroma droga w przepaść. Jeśli chcesz zmarnować swoje życie, kieruj się tymi potrzebami które nie są twoje. To jest bardzo dobry sposób.

3. Liczyć na to, że jakoś to będzie

Najgorsze co możemy zrobić w naszym życiu, to nic. Najgorsza reakcja na to co się dzieje w naszym życiu to właśnie niezareagowanie. Ale niestety wielu z nas myśli, że jest w stanie osiągnąć cokolwiek siedząc na dupie, jedząc kebaba z baru na rogu. Wielu z nas myśli, że życie to jakoś się ułoży, że jakoś to będzie, niezależnie od tego czy coś zrobią, czy też tego nie zrobią. No i co? Mają rację. Życie jakieś będzie. Będzie nudne, będzie wręcz przepełnione nudą i marazmem. Zapamiętaj, jeśli nie wymagasz od siebie, nie masz prawa wymagać niczego od życia. Jeśli nie dajesz wartości innym, nie dostaniesz niczego od innych. Znajdź wartość w sobie, następnie szukaj jej na zewnątrz a zauważysz, że już od tej prostej rzeczy Twoje zycie zacznie się zmieniać.

4. Twierdzić, że nie możesz czegoś zrobić

Twierdzisz, że jesteś bezsilny? Na początku zobacz to , a potem to i powiedz jeszcze raz, że nie możesz czegoś zrobić. Trochę inaczej, co? Pamiętaj, jeśli myślisz że czegoś nie możesz zrobić, jest to tylko myśl. Jest to taka sama myśl jak taka, że drzewo w nocy gdy nikt go nie widzi, wstaje i chodzi sobie po lesie. Czy musisz w taką myśl wierzyć? Czy przypadkiem nie wydaje się ona tobie trochę śmieszna? A nie różni się ona od tej wyżej zapisanej pogrubioną czcionką.

5. Być zależnym od innych

Przypominają mi się filmy oraz sytuacje w których niektórzy (czasem nawet niecelowo) kreują u siebie taką zależność od innych, że nawet nie wiedzą co ze sobą zrobić w momencie gdy innych nie ma. Zastanów się na ile jesteś od innych zależny. Na ile jesteś od innych zależny pod względem finansowym, pod względem autorytetu, pod względem poczucia własnej wartości? Jeśli cokolwiek na tak pojawia się w twojej głowie, jest to najlepszy czas, by zacząć to zmieniać i kreować w sobie taki autorytet, który będzie wypływał od Ciebie a nie od polityka, który pojawia się w szklanym ekranie.

6. Poddać się

Nawet najlepsi mieli momenty w swoim życiu, podczas których myśleli, że nie będą w stanie czegoś zrobić. Nawet najsilniejsi myśleli, o tym że zostaną pokonani, a jednak mimo tego POTRAFILI przezwyciężyć swój lęk i iść dalej. Pamiętaj. Niezależnie od tego ile miałeś porażek w swoim życiu.
