Jak rozpoznać dobry miód?

Który miód jest lepszy, płynny, czy skrystalizowany i jak rozpoznać prawdziwy miód?

Czy wiesz, ze jako konsumenci najczęściej poszukujemy miodu płynnego. A nawet, niektórzy kupujący twierdzą ze ten skrystalizowany jest oszukany, bo ma w środku dosypany cukier. Tymczasem, to nieprawda!

Krystalizacja miodu jest naturalnym procesem fizycznym. Prawdziwy miód, jak już pisałam jest roztworem glukozy, fruktozy i innych składników w wodzie. Woda stanowi w miodzie tylko 20 %. A tak silne stężenie roztworu cukrów prostych musi skrystalizować, wcześniej lub później. Najszybciej zrobi to miód rzepakowy, najwolniej  akacjowy i spadziowy.

Krystalizacja miodu trwa od kilku tygodniu do kilku miesięcy, a produkt nadaje się do spożycia przez trzy lata. Więc, jeśli kupujemy miód z poprzedniego roku, a jest on płynny, to jest on z pewnością oszukany lub podgrzewany.
Pamiętajmy zatem, że krystalizacja miodu jest oznaką jego jakości i nie szukajmy na siłę miodu płynnego.

Jak rozpoznać prawdziwy miód?

Pierwszy wiarygodny test, to oczywiście krystalizacja miodu. Jak już wiemy jest to naturalny i prawidłowy proces zachodzący tylko w prawdziwym miodzie.

Świetnym testem jest również test ze szklanką. Wlewamy miód do szklanki z wodą  – sztuczny miód będzie się szybko rozpuszczał, natomiast prawdziwy ciężko osiądzie na dnie szklanki. I w ten sposób już wiemy właścicielami jakiego miodu jesteśmy: prawdziwego cudu natury, czy też sprytnej podróbki.

Oczywiście, jeśli to tylko możliwe miód należy kupować w pasiekach, gdzie jest wyrabiany w sposób tradycyjny, niezmienny bez dodatku żadnej chemii wyłącznie w naturalnych warunkach od wieków.

Mam to szczęście, że mieszkam w miejscowości, gdzie istnieje Polski Związek Pszczelarski i mam dostęp do wspaniałej jakości prawdziwego naturalnego miodu. Korzystamy z tego całą rodziną, ponieważ mam świadomość ze w dzisiejszych czasach takich naturalnych nieprzetworzonych produktów jest coraz mniej. A przecież składamy się z tego co jemy. A miód to samo zdrowie. Ma mnóstwo witamin, enzymów mikroelementów.

Gdy jednak kupujemy miód w sklepie lub markecie obejrzyjmy etykietę, adres producenta i miejsce rozlewu, które powie nam czy miód jest dobry, czy oszukany.
